Transits are reported as conditions with a beginning and an end. A hard aspect is a headwind to plan around, never a sentence handed down.

How the readings are made
Positions are computed from a standard ephemeris, not generated. The written interpretation around those positions is produced with the assistance of a large language model, working from an edited body of traditional and modern astrological material. Every reading is machine-assisted, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears.

Your birth data
Birth time and place are stored to compute your chart and for nothing else. They are never sold, never brokered to advertisers, and never used to train a model. You can export everything held about you, and deleting your account deletes the data with it.
What you are paying for
A subscription buys access to the instrument and the readings, billed monthly or yearly, cancellable at any time from inside the account. Prices shown here are the prices charged at opening. If they change later, existing subscribers keep the rate they signed at.

Almagestral is an instrument, not a replacement for a reader. A month after opening, a directory of working astrologers goes live inside the observatory, so a subscriber who wants a person rather than a document can find one.
